And her inventive approach to sauces turns a garden salad or a simple grilled chicken breast into a foodie's paradise!
"My every expectation was met and exceeded-for instance, the groom wanted fried cheese curds at the wedding reception, and Mary figured out an ingenious way to prepare them without having to drag a deep-fryer onto the premises! Her lemon cheesecake with fresh blueberries and sauce was a fantastic wedding cake, and the whole reception went off without a single misstep thanks to Mary and her efficient, professional servers.
